I have my work out plans why do I need classes?


The classes are there to give another aspect to your exercise routine, and are a "stand alone" work out, which will concentrate on cardiovascular classes such as Dance Fit and Aerobic Exercise classes, plus more posture and body stability based classes such as Pilates. These exercise class videos have been designed to be fun and progressive and will start you at a level that suits you and as you improve you can make it progressively harder.
