This can only be achieved by joining Fitness on the Net and telling the system what you wish to achieve.

 

Q. What does it cost?

. Yes there is a cost, however, unlike gyms there are no contracts so you are in total control if you want to pay month by month it will be £7.99 Or you can get two months free if you sign up for six months.


Q. Are there any hidden extra charges?

A. Once you have paid you have full access to the site which includes classes work out programs and healthy daily eating plans and there are no further charges.

 

Q. Do I need to be very fit to join?

A. No.. The system is designed to work with your ability and will even take into account injures you may have. So there is a level for all, from super fit to the total novice.. The only thing you need is the will to start!

 

Q. Are your work outs open to men and women?

A. Yes all programs are individually designed for both men and women.

Q. How many hours per week do I need to put in?

A. The idea is not to overdo it. So we recommend 3 days per week but if you initially cannot manage that, remember, doing something is better than doing nothing. However, aim to follow the workout program 3 - 5 times per week..

 

Q. What if I have a tight schedule?

. That's the good thing about Fitness on the Net, you can do your exercises whenever / wherever with or without equipment - it's designed to fit around you..

 

Q. Are your workouts linked to any diets?

A. Your workouts are designed according to your goals i.e., losing weight, muscle gain etc and your meal plans follow these same goals you set.
