How will my exercise program work?


Each program that is created is designed to work your whole body. Lots of people say 'I just want a flatter tummy, so I just need to do sit ups and crunches'. Although this type of exercise will increase the muscle strength of the abdominals (tummy) it may not actually give you a flat stomach. No matter how many you do, as frustrating as it is, it is that pesky layer of fat covering them that needs addressing before you will start to see results. It is therefore important to remember that all round exercise is important, and our exercise programs have been designed with this in mind. All programs start and finish with warm ups and cool downs which protect you and will also improve your flexibility. You will have a variety of: resistance exercise which will be designed to work your body in the correct order and manner to achieve your goals. Your program will also include cardio exercise. Each cardio choice will be designed to work you at the correct level for your experience and towards your desired goals.
